Why is my country location wrong?

How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days of receiving the order, shipping timeframes are estimated at between seven to ten business days depending on your location. For more information on international shipping and delivery please contact us using the form on this page.
How much does freight cost?
Pricing for freight and shipping is calculated based on your delivery address and will be itemised in your shopping cart.
Returns and Refunds
In the very unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us via the form on this page so that we can resolve any problems. If the wine needs to be returned for replacement, all we ask is that the goods be returned in their original condition and are not damaged in any way. The refund or replacement is for the item only and does not include freight charges. Refunds will be issued within 3 days of the winery receiving the wine in good condition. We recommend you consider insuring the return shipment as we do not take any responsibility for items lost in transit.
