If the wine needs to be returned for replacement, all we ask is that the goods be returned in their original condition and are not damaged in any way.
The refund or replacement is for the item only and does not include freight charges. Refunds will be issued within 3 days of the winery receiving the wine in good condition.
We recommend you consider insuring the return shipment as we do not take any responsibility for items lost in transit.
