With the CR Barossa Shiraz, I am looking for that classic North-Western Barossa Shiraz blackberry profile, together with sweet, dark, plum jammy notes. As always, the palate is all about sweet red berries, milk chocolate and subtle vanillin.

With a string of exceptional vintages for North Western Barossa I have found Shiraz fruit flavours developing wonderfully while the natural acidity had been retained. Great care is taken during fermentation on skins to curtail over extraction and provide a rounded finish

The combination of these factors have created wines that will mature for up to 10 years after bottling.
