The Sealed Shiraz is a blend of parcels making up the CR blend that show particular promise and the ability to age. Still exhibiting the lifted fruit characters, Sealed has a spiciness and depth that will reward medium term cellaring.

With a string of exceptional vintages for North Western Barossa I have found Shiraz fruit flavours developing wonderfully while the natural acidity had been retained. Great care is taken during fermentation on skins to curtail over extraction and provide a rounded finish

The combination of these factors have created wines that will mature for up to 10 years after bottling.
